Join Global Communication Office to share Tsinghua stories

GCO TSINGHUA 2022-09-11

Have you ever been curious about Tsinghua's social media platforms?

To share inspiring Tsinghua content, a group of devoted storytellers from all over the globe work together with the Tsinghua University's Global Communication Office (GCO)

Every day, our team members endeavor to present the global audience with all things fresh and remarkable.

What would life look like for different GCO members on any given day?

Come and check it out.

With a global audience in mind, GCO members have shared the same enthusiasm, worked closely and produced multimedia content to get the world to know more about Tsinghua. Now we welcome passionate, committed and responsible TsinghuaRen to create more possibilities together.

The office now welcomes interested Tsinghua students to be part of our team and help share Tsinghua stories with the world. All roles above offer flexible working hours and remote working opportunities. Students both on- and off-campus are encouraged to apply!

To apply, please send your resume with a brief cover letter, explaining what makes you an ideal fit to become a GCO intern, to overseas@tsinghua.edu.cn before September 14. Please include the desired role in the subject line of your email.

No matter where you are, we hope to meet you soon at the Global Communication Office, Tsinghua University.

WeChat Team

Gao Kejing (China)

School of Humanities

Working with the GCO WeChat team is the most ideal internship experience for me, for it combines an inclusive workplace atmosphere and a learning environment that encourages new ideas. It also combines practice in media and self-study in literature. This job is more enriching than usual campus work, and less picky than a general internship, which means there is plenty of room for trial and error and growth. Join GCO and embrace a growing family!

Social Media Team

Ryan Xu (Hong Kong, China)

School of Social Sciences

At the social media task force, our work is diverse and flexible. Apart from the regular work of reporting university news and events, we have many interesting social media campaigns that our members can freely participate in. It's very intriguing to promote Tsinghua in many creative ways here.

Video Team

Lucy Zhu (Canada)

School of Journalism and Communication

Being part of the video team has been a lot of fun this semester. We get to involve ourselves in various types of creations, including Vlogs, short documentaries, and interviews. Experiences like these have given me the opportunity to explore every corner of the campus and meet many new friends! I hope that we could create more quality films as a team in the future and have lots of fun!
